James Armstrong Obituary
In loving memory of James Armstrong of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who departed this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 79. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong; and his siblings, Cecile, Bob, Edna, Barb, Susie and Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Byran (Lori); his grandchildren, Bryce, Emily and Ava; his son Jason (Judy); and his grandsons, Seth and Tanner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
