He is survived by: his wife Lois Kramer; his children, Joe Hickman of Cedar Rapids, IA, Susan Hickman of Minnetonka, MN and Mark Hickman (Tammy) of St. Charles, IL; his grandchildren, Mikaela and Alyssa Hickman; and his sister Sandy Cooney (Mike). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
