He is survived by: his siblings, Karl Kirkpatrick (Shari) of Iowa City, Patty McCormick (John) of California and Helen McNaught (Ray) of Afton, Iowa; his nephews, Ty, Andy McCormick and Bill Bowen; his brother-in-law Pete Woods (Kat) of North Carolina; his close friend Cheryl Reding; and his sister Cheryl Reding (Jimmy K.).
