It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Wilson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Solon, Iowa, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James S. Wilson and Ethel Wilson; his wife Virginia Mae Beranek; his children, Melissa Jones (Tim) and David Wilson (Victoria); his grandchildren, Kohl, Dane, Garet, Trey, Emily, Shaylyn and Adrien; his son James Mark Wilson; and his sisters, Audrey Jeannette Wilson and Virginia Louise Votroubek.
