Jane Spellerberg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2025, at the age of 83, Jane Spellerberg of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald Dollarhide; her husband Richard "Dick" Spellerberg; her son Michael David Spellerberg; her mother Agness Darsee-Bliss (Clark); her stepfathers, Garold Darsee and Merle Bliss; and her stepbrother David Darsee (Vi).

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Spellerberg (Minoo), Lawrence "Larry" Spellerberg (Cindy) and Mary Montgomery (Kirk); her grandchildren, Mosa Shayan, Ryan Spellerberg, Sara Warnecke, Katelyn Montgomery and Regina Montgomery; and her sister Sandra Keller. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
