She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Petrzelka; her siblings, Kenny (Arlene Boddicker), David (Gertie Boddicker), Dolores Agee, Jerry (Arlene Boddicker), Jack (Billie Rushek), Matt Boddicker, Jim (Marillis Boddicker) and Cathy Boddicker; and her siblings' children, Doug, Gregory, Karen and Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Petrzelka (Jill) of Leonard, Texas and Evie Wood (Joel) of Cedar Rapids; her grandson Clayton Kahle (Jaimie); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Makenna and Bristol; and her sister-in-law Carole Boddicker (Matt) of Colorado. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St Wenceslaus Catholic Church.
