She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Paul France and Augusta Elizabeth France (Albert). She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Stolba of Norway, IA; her grandchildren, Matthew Stolba (Caroline) of Frisco, TX, Evan and Isabella Stolba; her sister Carol Leacox of Bettendorf, IA.; and her husband Lester McKelvy Means.
A reception will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home (4200 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402).
Memorials may be given in her name to St. Luke's Hospital Foundation or Coe College.
