He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Armbrecht of Savannah, GA; his siblings, Crystal Greiner (Larry) of Swisher and Jimmy Armbrecht (Kathy) of Dubuque; and his nieces and nephews, Ken Hare, Nathan Greiner, Taggert Armbrecht, Avery Armbrecht and Morgan Armbrecht.

He worked as a roofing consultant and foreman for many years, until he started encountering symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
