He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Theodore and Maryann Rose Steichen (Schwabach). He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Steichen (Millie), Gail Schatz (Tony), Roy Steichen (Lisa), Mary Grother, Sheri Wilde (Jeff), Sam Steichen (Karleen), John "Moose" Steichen, Dale and Doris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
