It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeraldine Hewitt of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Spurgeon and Bernice Spurgeon (Magill); her spouse Thomas Edward Hewitt; and her sister Alice Janet Scheevel of Grand Junction, CO.. She is survived by: her children, Debora Neumeyer (Gregory) of Robins, IA, Laura Miller (Michael) of Weston, MA and Gregory Hewitt (Katie) of Shakopee, MN.; and her grandchildren, Katherine Armstrong (Thomas) of Dayton, MN, Matthew Neumeyer of Robins, IA, Thomas, Anna Miller of Weston, MA, Henry and Lilly Hewitt of Shakopee, MN.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
