He is survived by: his wife Carla Walters; his sisters, Lynda Courson and Janet Juett (Jerry); his in-laws, Kim Lee (Joe), Carmen Dahlberg (Thad) and Kirk Walters (Sheri); and his close friend Barry Beadle.
