She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Richard and Eva Frances Kouba (Slapnicka); and her husband James C. Falcon. She is survived by: her children, Jenanne Francis Falcon-Hosier (Ken Hosier) of Pittsville, Maryland and William "Bill" Robert Falcon of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her nieces, Monica Patten of Fairfax, Janice Patten of Raeford, Geri Bergman (Ned) of Casa Grande and Mary Preen of Gretna, Louisiana; her nephew Nathan Patten (Michelle Berger) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brycen Meyer, Tyler Patten, Hannah Patten, Carol Patten and Jenny Patten.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in JoFran's memory may be made to either the First Presbyterian Church at 1301 Philadelphia Avenue in Ocean City, Maryland, 21842; or to Worcester County Arts Council at 6 Jefferson Street in Berlin, Maryland, 21811; or to Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra at P.O. Box 3381 in Easton, Maryland, 21601; or a charity of the donor's choice.
