He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Phillips and Bertha Geraldine Phillips (Hunter); and his brothers, Ron and Don. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Schulte; his brothers, Dennis (Diane) and Tim (Pat); and his in-laws, Leslie Mowry (Jay), Bobby King, Louise Reeves and John Schulte (Marsha). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
