He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederic J. Siebenmann and Frances M. Siebenmann (Preussing); and his brother Frederic II. He is survived by: his wife Nancylee Siebenmann of Cedar Rapids; his children, John H. and Lori J. Siebenmann; and his sister Virginia Butler.
