He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bilsland and Margaret Bilsland (Vaughn); his wife Laural Clyde; his daughter Jackie Rupe; and his brothers, Bill, Clarence and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Jodie Dutton, John Mally (Geri) and DeAnna Bilsland; and his siblings, Terry (Doris), Dave (Rita), Karen Hayes and Linda Gobel. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
