With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joy Ellen Tiernan (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Ealy and Ellen Ealy; her son Jody Henley; and her siblings, Merlene Swanson, Colleen Levins, Carolyn Hill, Vickie Garoutte, Penny Ealy, Tommy Ealy, Denny Ealy and Mike Ealy.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Moore (Rich), Jennifer Hartman and Jim Ginther (Tami); her grandchildren, Witney, Molly, Robin, Regan, Elijah, Kira and Carter; her great grandchildren, Zander, Sophia, Nicoli, Charlotte and Maggie; and her siblings, Sue Cavros, Julie Morton, Ted Ealy and Marty Ealy.
