She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burlingham and Nina Burlingham (Lynn); her husband Leonard Wise; and her siblings, Sherman McNabb, Fred "Ted" McNabb, Betty McNabb, Elworth Burlingham, Adrian Burlingham, Edward Burlingham, DeWayne "Pinky" Burlingham, Rozella Tharp, Pearl Jean Gillard, Edith Agnew and Betty Blado.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wise (Ellen) of Iowa City, Steven Wise (Dana) of Cedar Rapids, Cheryl Thorson and Rod Zak of Isanti, Minnesota.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service (520 Wilson Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home Website Tribute Page.
