She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Jack L. Dochterman and Wayne E. Whitmore. She is survived by: her parents, D. Brent Dochterman and Julie Dochterman (Whitmore) of Houghton, IA; her children, J. Alan May and Remedios "Remy" Elizabeth May; her sisters, Darcy Ann Dochterman (Hunter Bell) and Christine Lee Dochterman; and her grandmothers, Connie Dochterman of West Point, IA and Catharine Whitmore of Donnellson, IA..
