He was predeceased by: his parents, William Green and Marie Green (Porter); and his uncle Bob Green. He is survived by: his brothers, Kent Green of San Francisco and Kraig Green of Iowa City; his nieces and nephews, Dan Green, Brady Green, Claire Green and Julia Green; and his sister-in-law Lorrie Kasal. He is also survived by his family and friends.
