He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Owen and Elizabeth Fay Owen (Ryan); and his siblings, Denice, Sharon and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harrington; and his children, Kathleen Moore (Gary), Debra Spratt (Ken) and Michael Owen (Becka). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and a great grandson.
