He is survived by: his friends, Gary Anderson and Jim Edwards; his grandson William Buchanan Cook; his son-in-law Scott; his grandson Will; his daughter-in-law Melanie; his wife Joni; his children, Lauri Cook (Scott) and Jason Buchanan (Melanie); his grandchildren, William Cook, Declan and Nuala Buchanan; his siblings, John Buchanan (Ellen) and Charlotte Beebe (Don); his mother-in-law Marjorie McGlasson (Gary); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Balko (Jeff), Nancy Unruh (Jim) and Melanie Dhabalt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
