He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Herbert and Alice Christy (Risdal); and his nephew Gary K. Greiner. He is survived by: his sister Janet Christy Jensen; his brother-in-law Robert Jensen; and his nieces, Lori Peesker (Jim) of Arden, NC, Goderich, Ontario, Karen Sedor (Dan) of Lincoln, NE and Susan Bjugan of Fairview, NC.
