He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prachar and Barbara Prachar (Svoboda); his wife Linda Prachar (Stadler); his brother Donald; his in-laws, Sharon Prachar, George, Myrtle Stadler (Hanson), Georgia Schilling (Richard), Virginia Dusil (Duke) and Nickolas "Nick" Stadler; and his granddaughter Alexandria Hird.
He is survived by: his children, Tim of Menlo Park, CA, Jeff (Jan) of Bothell, WA, Steve of Le Grand, IA, Deb Hird (John) of Joplin, MO and Mike (Lara) of Cincinnati, OH; and his brother Marvin Prachar of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that folks offer donations to St Luke's hospice care or C&W Rustic Hollow Shelter in Nashua.
