He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Bagley and Esther Bagley (Short); and his siblings, Lyle Bagley and Rosalene Bilsland. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bagley; his children, Terry Bagley (Diane) and Donald Bagley (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Cliffton, Benjamin, Hannah and Nicholas; and his brother Richard Bagley (Betty). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Tanager Place or Four Oaks in Vern's honor.
