It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavy Lothi-Phannavinh of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Houmpheng Phannavinh; and her father Ine Lovanh. She is survived by : her daughters, Phetlavanh Lo (Michael Newell) of New Brighton, MN, Phetlavy Baccam (Saint) of Waukee, IA and Amy Houang (Thone) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Torhi, Collin, Lena, Lucia and Lukas; and her family, Taidam and Lao. She is also survived by 10 siblings, as well as her mother.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Teahen Funeral Home (3100 F Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405).
