It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leo Truhlar (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Ely, Iowa, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lumir Truhlar and Lenora Truhlar (Halva); his wife Dolores Unruh; and his brother Raymond Truhlar. He is survived by: his children, Terry Truhlar of Athens, Georgia and Barbara Morse of Livermore, California; his grandchildren, Tamara McGauthiar of Bethlehem, Anthony Truhlar of Winder and Jason Morse (Lisa) of Ewing; his great grandchildren, Robbie, Rachel Morse, Ethan, Nolan and Dalton McGauthiar; and his sister Rachel Garnant (Maurice) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
