Linda East, born on April 18, 1949, passed away on September 25, 2026. Linda leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Peterson and June Peterson; her husband Danny East; her parents-in-law, Bill and Fran East; and her brother-in-law Charles Buck.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy East of Phoenix and Brad East (Courtney) of Marion; her grandchildren, Alexis Bowdish of Chicago, Alyssa Bowdish of Tempe, Arizona, Ellie and Parker East of Marion, Iowa.; her sister Lori Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Weigel (Hugh), Diana Patterson (Rod) and Daryl East.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the FaithLife Church (8300 C Avenue, Marion, IA 52302). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Linda's honor to FaithLife Church.
