She is survived by: her brother Phil Neyens; her nephew Brad Neyens (Rachel); her sister-in-law Merry Jo Neyens; her nieces, Melissa Perry (Jeff) and Patricia Uhron (Mark); her brother-in-law Timothy Philipp; and her nieces, Tonia Bildstein (Chad) and Kristina Burhite (Mike). She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews as well as numerous friends.
