Lois V. Lawson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois V. Lawson (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lois shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lois farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Barker and Linda Barker (Viestenz); and her husband Ken. She is survived by: her children, Mark Lawson (Kathy) of Spencer, IA, Robin Hoye of Fort Collins, CO, Dawn Lawson of Cedar Rapids, IA and Jeff Lawson (Teresa) of Savage, MN; and her brother Paul Barker (Nancy). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the United Lutheran Church (100 Cooper Rd, Bella Vista, AR 72715).
