She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Stevens and Florence Stevens; her husband Jack; and her siblings, LeRoy, David, Donald, LaVerne, Gary, Tom, Bernie, Patricia, Mary and Janet.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Polster and Jaclyn Divine (Marty); her stepdaughters, Kathy Lett and Michelle Chastain Collins (Scott); her grandchildren, Blake, Ciera, Trey, Alissa, Austin, Leslie, Tanner, Kristin and Ryne; her great grandchildren, Reed, Mallory, Avery, River, Jordan, Calla and Maya; her sisters, Marcella Hilton and Beverly Neswold (Larry); her siblings-in-law, Robert Seye, Janet, Gelene and Diane Stevens; her nephew Paul Messich (Mary); and her caregivers, Shari Olson, Marjean Mueller, Mary Jo Messich, Ruth Madson, Clarie Pelto and Blake Polster. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
