She was predeceased by: her husband David Paxton Jr.; her children, Steven Paxton and Janis Paxton; her sisters, Lucille Emry and Evelyn Huffman; her siblings-in-law, Jim Emry, Phil Paxton, Merritt Paxton, Loyal Roop and Virginia Roop; and her parents, Claude Campbell and Mae Campbell (Messerschmitt).
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Paxton (Donnette) of Central City and Larry Paxton (Mary) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Sarah Hyman (Vince), Christopher Paxton, Johnathan Paxton (Brandi), Nicholas Paxton (Brenda) and Stephen Paxton; her great grandchildren, Paxton Hyman, Kora Paxton and Michael Paxton; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Louise Paxton of Ottumwa and Marian Paxton of Laramie, Wyoming..
