She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Nelson and Florence Nelson (Hulls); and her son Michael Arthur. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Rouse (Brenda) of Hiawatha, Marilyn Heaverlo (Gerald) of Cedar Rapids and Carolyn Novak (Doug) of Marion, Iowa; her nephew Greg Redfern (Karen) of Marion; her brother-in-law Pete Rouse (Nelda); and her close friend Cindy Koppenhaver. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
