She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hazen and Margaret Hazen. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Tippie (Carol) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mark Tippie (Denise) of Reno, NV, Matthew Tippie (Linda) of Wimauma, FL and Susan Bartos (Ken) of Hudson, WI; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Benjamin, Jessica, Allyson, Samantha, Nathan, Heather, Amanda, Megan and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (1302 9th Ave, Belle Plaine, IA 52208). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family to be used in Margaret's memory.
