It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilynn Alyce Wallace of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Wood and Mary Frances Wood; her former husband Richard LeRoy Hills; her daughters, Lynn Hills of Cedar Rapids and Michelle Hills (Joan Benson) of Iowa City; and her stepdaughter Mary Wallace of Cedar Rapids.
Her later years were a mix of joys—like the adoption of Susie, an energetic beagle mix, and a bucket list Alaska cruise—and challenges, including Parkinson's Disease.
