He was predeceased by: his parents, George Matias and Mary Kathleen "Connie" Matias (Convey); and his sister Mary Kay Willett (Lynn). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Weber; his daughters, Amanda Ludwig (Nathan) and Brittany White (Jacob); his grandchildren, Coy, Ace, Lucille, Ila and Urban; and his brothers, Ronald Matias (Barb) and John Matias (Barb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
