We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2023, at the age of 81, Mark McGovern of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe McGovern and Verona McGovern (Weisbrod); his siblings, Kathy Luckritz, Jane Kernan and Art; and his sisters-in-law, Barb McGovern and Betty McGovern.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mike, Jim (Kathy), Terry (Janet), Jon, Joan Britton (Dick), Merry Whittaker (Dick), Ruth McHeyser (Marco DeGaetno) and Colleen McGovern (Frank Forney); and his brother-in-law Dick Luckritz. He is also survived by forty nieces and nephews.
