He is survived by: his mother Deloris Olson (Eitland) of Westby; his wife PJ Olson of Cedar Rapids; his children, Lydia Olson-Kelley (Kyle) of Iowa City, Iowa and Jared Olson of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Anika, Aurora, Theodosia and Gideon; and his sisters, Rachel Hjelsand (Tim) of Waconia and Rhoda Lund (Paul) of Pine Island, Minnesota. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
