She was predeceased by: her husband David Dostal Sr.; her parents, George Krotz and Louise Krotz (Zubrod); her daughter Tina Collum; her sister Elaine Holder; and her sister-in-law Nancy Krotz.
She is survived by: her son Tim Collum; and her siblings, Marvin Krotz, Mary Henderson (Mike Ruzicka) and Patty Pence (Mike). She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
