He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Ehnen and Viola "Minnie" Ehnen (Saathoff); his wife Barbara Ann Clasen; his sister Eleanor; and his brother-in-law Jerald.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Ehnen (Denise) of Roseville, CA and Cathy Ehnen of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Joseph Warkel, Scott Ehnen, Grace Ehnen and Sean Ehnen; his sister Carol Behrends of Lincoln, NE; his sisters-in-law, Judy LaPean of Wisconsin, Debbie Arps of Florida and Ginger Schneider of Florida; and his pet Shiloh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
