He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Spragg and Dorothy Spragg (Pierce); and his son-in-law John Mahnke. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanette Hill of Lisbon and Varina Allpress (Jay) of Solon, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alex, Hannah, Breaton and Hailey (Jeremy); and his brother Jeff Spragg (Deb) of Oelwein. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and his beloved friends.
