We bid farewell to Mary Ann Broxey of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 8, 2026 at the age of 90. Mary Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kopetsky and Genevieve Kopetsky (McKenna); her husband Loren "Buck" Broxey; her sisters, Dorothy Kopetsky, Marcella Janssen and Doris Moore; and her granddaughter Jamie Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Broxey (Marilyn) of West Branch, Michael Broxey of Sioux City and Lori Mohr (Ron) of Central City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Nathan Nelson (Kylie), Judy Nowadzky (Spencer) and Todd Nelson (Katie); her stepgrandsons, Chad Mohr (Jessica) and Curtis Mohr (Jenna); and her brothers, George Kopetsky (Barbara) and James Kopetsky (Eleanor). She is also survived by three step-great-grandchildren.
