She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hein and Ida Hein (Zahina); her husband Matthew Hanlon; her daughters, Ida Mae Barker and Mary Jo Votrobeck; and her grandson Andrew Eganhouse.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hanlon (Lisa Ferretti), Patty Hanlon (Mike) and Janice Hahn (Steven); and her son-in-law Bob Votrobeck. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home (1221 1st Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (720 29th St SE #2, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403).
