She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Proctor and Mary Mildred Proctor (Shank); her daughter Barbara Ann; and her husband Donald V. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Tim Lewis of Cedar Rapids, Greg Lewis (Deborah) of Cedar Rapids and Marcy Johanningmeier (Bill) of LaPorte City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Trey (Bethany), Courtney (Caleb), Ren, Lauren, Emily (Dylan), Allison (Alan) and Daniel; and her brother Bill Proctor. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Bethel Cemetery in Eddyville, Iowa.
