She was predeceased by: her parents, Camilo Dias Zapata and Juana Medina; her son Michael; her grandson Braeden; and her great grandchild Gabriel.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Edward O'Neal; and her children, Anita (Kenneth), Robert (Megan), Teena (Tom), Steven, Phillip (Stephanie) and Christopher (Amy).
