He is survived by: his children, Dylan (Chelsie) of Phillipsburg, OH, Austin of Coggon, Jack of Cedar Rapids and Rylee of Ames; his siblings, Dana Goodall (Troy) of Cedar Rapids, Jenny Goodall of Bellevue, NE, Shaun Goodall of Cedar Rapids, James Goodall (Shannon) of Bellevue, NE, Joseph Goodall (Jeanne) of O'Fallen, MO and Jerome "Robert" Perkins of Cedar Rapids; his nephews, Caleb, Quinton and Kameren; his former wife Beth DuCharme of Coggon; and his parent Margaret Perkins.

Instead of flowers memorials may be directed to the family. A GoFundMe page has been established to help with final expenses.
