He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marilyn Morse and John Whitmore; and his great-grandparents, Rachel Heneks, Leona Findley and Stan Findley.

He is survived by: his parents, Brad Neyens and Rachel Neyens (Whitmore); his brother Brandon Neyens; his grandparents, Peggy Neyens and Phil Neyens; his aunts, Becky Schirmer (Dale), Abby Whitmore and Sue Rizzo (Todd); and his uncle James Bixby (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
