He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Kay of Cedar Rapids; his sons, Peter of Houston, TX and Stephen (Alise); his grandchild Banks of Williamsburg, IA; his son Joseph (Amberly); his grandchild Villanelle of Louisville, KY; his daughter Rachel of New York, NY; his siblings, Julie of Cary, NC, Tom (Linda) of St. Paul, MN and Mark (Jennie) of Minneapolis, MN; and his parents, Kenneth "Cod" Brandt and Betty Brandt (Byrnes).
