He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard K. Heishman and Mavis Heishman (Rinehart). He is survived by: his sisters, Jeanne H. Morris of Colorado and Tracy Heishman of Hartwick, Iowa; his nieces, Jeannette, Michelle and Sarah Morris; and his nephew Frederick Morris of Colorado. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
