She is survived by: her father Ronald Kositzky; her husband Stephen Blair of Cedar Rapid, IA; her children, Chris and Emma; her parent Jody Kositzky; her brothers, Kenny Kositzky (Jenna) and Scott Kositzky; and her in-laws, Ken, Fran Blair, Walt and Kenda Garrett. She is also survived by nephew and six nieces.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
