He is survived by: his children, Brett Proskovec (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids and Jodi Wauters (Chad) of Peosta; his grandchildren, Zak Wauters, Whitney Wauters, Jaxon Wauters, Drew Proskovec, Tate Proskovec and Lily Proskovec; his siblings, Joe Proskovec (Connie) and Kathy Glasmann; and his siblings' children, Mindy Rosh (Tom), Allie Sherman (Greg) and Connor Proskovec.
